About Increat – Responsive Multi-Purpose Theme

Your sidebar repeats the same thing on every page

Someone lands on a service page and sees recent blog posts at the side. Someone else reads an article and the same list appears next to it. That column is useful space on every page, and on many sites it gets filled once and forgotten.

inCreate is a multipurpose WordPress theme that treats that space as something editable per content item: unlimited sidebars, assignable to each page, post or portfolio project. That way a service page can carry a form beside it, an article a list of related topics and a project its details. A site with several lines of business gets more from that column when each section has its own.

One sidebar for each page, post or project

Sidebar control offers these options:

  • Alignment to the left or right.
  • Disabling globally or only on a specific page or post.
  • Unlimited sidebars per page, per post or per portfolio project.
  • Ten custom widgets to fill them.

A good start is to list your page types and decide what should accompany each one. A sales page can go without a sidebar, and an article can use it to lead to the next step.

Portfolio, video and a look adjusted from the panel

The rest of the theme covers the general presentation of the site:

  • Unlimited portfolio pages, with the prettyPhoto lightbox.
  • Video from the main hosting services.
  • Color picker in the panel, with unlimited colors.
  • Typography for navigation, sidebar headings, body and headings, with more than 600 Google Fonts.
  • More than 700 icons from Font Awesome and a large number of shortcodes.
  • Fifteen PSD files for working on the design.
  • Translation with .mo and .po files, plus WPML compatibility.

Built for Visual Composer, not optimized for Gutenberg

Pages are built with Visual Composer, included in the theme along with Slider Revolution. inCreate is not optimized for Gutenberg, so your team should plan on editing in that builder.

WooCommerce is compatible. WPML and Contact Form 7 are also compatible, but they are not included: they have to be installed separately.

The demo content is included, although the demo photos are not. After importing you will need to add your own images.

Loading the inCreate demo without its photos

The theme includes Visual Composer, Slider Revolution and WP PageNavi. WPML, Contact Form 7 and WooCommerce are added if you need them. To get it running:

  1. Install the theme and activate a child theme to keep your code changes.
  2. Install the included plugins.
  3. Import the demo content and replace the missing images.
  4. Set colors and typography from the panel.
  5. Create a sidebar for each page type and assign it to its content.

Hub with Elementor and other multipurpose themes

Hub has separate documentation for Elementor and for WPBakery, and it also comes with Slider Revolution. If your team already works with Elementor Pro, Hub is compatible with it.

The catalog also has other multipurpose themes, such as The7 and Uncode.
