Someone with a broken phone searches for their model, not for a repair shop
A customer with a cracked screen does not type "electronics repair" into Google: they search for their model and their fault, and they stay with the first site that gives the impression of knowing how to fix it. A shop with a generic website and a single services page loses that visit, even if it works better than the one around the corner.
iRepair is a theme designed for shops that fix phones, tablets, computers, laptops, consoles and other electronic devices. Its demo already gives each device family its own page, and that is what is worth taking advantage of.
The journey of someone whose laptop hit the floor
This is what a customer finds in the demo, and what each step solves for you:
- Lands on the home page: a slider with messages per device (phone, tablet, laptop) and a button leading to the services. They see at a glance that you fix their device.
- Opens the page for their device: there is one for smartphones, tablets, computers, laptops, consoles and another for electronics in general. The sample texts talk about specific problems, such as the laptop screen or the console that won't accept discs. Replace them with your real repairs.
- Gets convinced by the reasons block: the demo highlights warranty, customer service and friendly treatment. These are sample texts: include only what your shop really delivers.
- Contacts you: phone and email in the header, social networks and address in the footer. Here is the limit: no booking system or repair status tracking is visible, so if you want them you will have to add a separate plugin.
The demo testimonials do not come from a repair shop
The three sample quotes talk about a hedge fund, consulting since 1993 and an office move with more than 500 workplaces. Nothing to do with fixing phones. Replace them with real opinions from your customers: inventing them deceives buyers and, in many countries, can also have legal consequences.
The theme also includes a news section with posts like "replacing an iPhone SE screen" or "how to get rid of malware". It is a good format for being found through very specific searches, but you have to write the articles yourself.

Does it work for another type of business?
It is designed for electronics repair. For another sector you would have to rewrite almost all the texts and service pages.
Does it allow online booking?
The demo only shows contact phones and email. If you need bookings, consider a booking plugin and check that it fits the design.
Can I add more types of device?
You can duplicate a service page and adapt it, for example for a brand or a model you repair a lot.
