About Latepoint Pro Features Addon

Two practitioners free and only one room

This is the problem almost no booking system solves. Calendars know whether the therapist is busy, but they do not know there is only one couch, one physiotherapy table or one classroom. So they accept two appointments at the same hour with different practitioners and somebody is left with nowhere to work.

This LatePoint add-on brings shared resources: assets with limited capacity that block availability when they fill up, regardless of who is free. It is its most distinctive feature.

What it adds against no-shows

And it is concrete, not generic. Clients who have already failed to turn up can be blocked, either prevented from booking again or required to pay in advance next time. A mandatory reason can also be requested when cancelling or rescheduling.

It is one of the few things that can be automated against a problem costing a practice between ten and twenty per cent of its hours, and which until now was managed by remembering who let you down.

What else it brings

  • Group bookings, with a shared or individual meeting link per attendee, and a base fee plus per-participant pricing.
  • Daily booking limits, per practitioner or per service, so you do not commit to more than can be handled.
  • Multi-duration services and extras bookable at reservation time.
  • Multiple locations, each with its own hours and holidays.
  • Taxes, coupons with a minimum spend, reminders, chat and automatic notifications to other systems.

The first thing to know

It is an add-on, not the booking system. It needs LatePoint installed and running. What it does is add layers on top of an engine you already have.

If you are deciding from scratch, the question is not whether to buy this add-on, it is whether LatePoint is your system. And if you already have it running and have hit the shared room problem or repeated no-shows, this is where both answers live.

Frequently asked questions

Yes, they can be prevented from booking again or required to pay in advance.

Does it work for group classes?
Yes, with group bookings, a base fee and per-participant pricing.
