About MainWP WooCommerce Status Extension

Agencies that look after several WooCommerce stores, not single shops

When you run the stores of several clients, you usually learn about a problem from a phone call: "I'm not getting orders" or "that product shows as sold out". Logging into each wp-admin one by one to check does not scale. This extension brings the order and stock status of every store into your MainWP dashboard.

It works for you if you already manage your sites with MainWP and several of them are WooCommerce stores. It makes no sense if you only have one store: it is an extension of the MainWP dashboard and needs WooCommerce installed and active on each child site. Nor is it an analytics tool: it gives you a status overview, not a marketing dashboard.

Your client notices sold-out stock before you do

A store with sold-out products keeps showing its shop window as if nothing had happened, and nobody says anything until sales suffer. The extension shows you what needs attention in each store:

  • Orders waiting to be processed.
  • Orders on hold.
  • Products low in stock or sold out.

On-hold orders are the ones most easily forgotten in a store nobody checks every day. Seeing them in the same place as the rest of your sites lets you act before the client complains.

MainWP WooCommerce Status Extension widgets in your Overview

The extension adds widgets to the general MainWP Overview page and to each site's Site Overview. They show a summary of orders and stock levels, and you can pin the widget to your Dashboard to see it every time you log in. That way store status becomes part of your review routine instead of a separate task.

Monthly sales and top-selling products

Besides operational status, you can follow each store's monthly sales data and see which products sell the most. It helps you walk into a client meeting knowing how the month is going. If you need advanced reports or elaborate comparisons, consider a dedicated analytics tool.

From the alert to the orders page in one click

From the dashboard you get direct links to key pages of each child site, such as orders, products and settings, without logging into each store separately. The links take you to the store's page: there you work as usual, with each client's WooCommerce screens.
