About Ogeko – Human Resource Solutions WordPress Theme

An HR website without real cases won't convince the companies that hire

Building the website of a human resources consultancy often ends with a generic template and a new logo: nice to look at, but it doesn't explain what the firm does or in which situations it has helped. Ogeko is a theme for human resources, recruiting, consulting, marketing or IT services companies, built on Elementor.

This sector has a problem of its own: in recruitment and people consulting you can almost never name the client or show the candidates. That's why Ogeko's case study pages work better if you tell the problem, the method and the result anonymously than if you just stack logos. It's what a company looking for a partner actually reads.

Ogeko comes with services and cases already laid out, but not a job board

The theme is designed to present the offer of an HR firm. The main pieces:

  • Homepages: at least four business homepage demos, so you can start from the one closest to your firm.
  • Service pages: several layouts to explain human resources, management, consulting or marketing solutions.
  • Case studies: templates for finished, ongoing or upcoming projects.
  • Blog and inner pages: a blog with dynamic layouts, a team introduction page and other pages already built.
  • Demo import: the demo you choose loads with a single click.

Now the limit: Ogeko is for presenting services, not for publishing vacancies and receiving applications. If your business needs a job board with job listings and CV submission, check in the demo whether something similar exists and, if not, plan for a separate plugin. It is not a job portal template.

Common questions before choosing Ogeko

Do I need to know how to code?

No. Content is edited with Elementor by dragging and dropping, and general settings are handled from the WordPress Customizer.

Which plugins does it work with?

With Elementor, Slider Revolution, Yoast SEO, Rank Math, WPML, Contact Form 7 and MailChimp. WPML helps you run a multilingual site and Contact Form 7 covers contact forms.

Does it look good on mobile?

Yes, the design is responsive and has an interface made for touchscreens. It is compatible with Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Opera.

Is it suitable for a business outside HR?

The design is clean and multipurpose, but the demos and pages are aimed at professional services: consultancies, agencies or IT companies fit better than a shop or a restaurant.

Ogeko's headers, footers and sidebars adjust without touching code

From the Customizer you control the site width, the content area and the sidebars, plus styling, layout, header and footer options. You can switch individual features on or off, choose among several header variations and build the footer with its own builder.

  • A sidebar generator to create as many as you need.
  • Buttons with the height and shape you want, and additional CSS if you want to go further.
  • Parallax backgrounds on rows and sections, and vector icons that stay sharp on retina screens.
  • Ready-made widgets to build content with less effort.

The theme relies on Bootstrap 3, HTML5 and CSS3, something to keep in mind if your developer works with a different base.

The demo's images and fonts don't come with it

The demo photos are samples only: before publishing you must replace them with your own images or ones you have the rights to use. For a firm that works with people, real photos of your team say more than any stock library.

In addition, some demos use Adobe Fonts. If those fonts aren't available, they are replaced by default fonts or Google Fonts, so your site may look slightly different from the demo. After importing the one you choose, review the headings and texts before you start changing content.
