About PeepSo GiveWP Addon
You have a community with GiveWP and every donation ends up on another page
Building a donation campaign and sending people to a separate checkout has a cost almost nobody measures: someone who came to your community moved by the cause leaves it right at the moment of giving, and often never comes back. PeepSo GiveWP Addon connects GiveWP with PeepSo profiles and posts so the campaign, the progress and the receipt live where your audience already is.
It suits you if you already run campaigns with GiveWP and want to give them social context and privacy. It does not suit you if you want a standalone donation form with no community, or if you expect it to replace GiveWP.
- It needs GiveWP installed: GiveWP is still what manages campaigns, goals and payments.
- It needs PeepSo, which provides profiles, activity and privacy.
- It does not create campaigns or payment gateways on its own: it adds a layer around each donation.
What donors see inside PeepSo GiveWP Addon
The experience is designed for the person giving, not only for the person collecting:
- Give without leaving the page: the form can sit inside the community, with no redirect to a separate checkout site.
- The amount is private by default: the campaign total is public, but the specific figure each person gave is visible only to them, unless they choose to share more.
- History at hand: past donations and receipts appear on their own profile, not buried in an old email.
- Sharing is optional: posting to the feed that they donated is their decision, never automatic.
Organizers: the total updates itself and you keep no extra donor list
The campaign progress updates on its own, so you don't have to post by hand every time you hit a milestone. And when a donor chooses to share their gift, it shows up in the feed as quiet encouragement for the next person.
History and receipts live on profiles your community already has, so you don't need to maintain a separate spreadsheet. If someone sets up a recurring donation, it keeps contributing without you repeating the appeal every month.
Why hiding the amount can get more people to give
In a community everything is visible: who posts, who comments, who supports. That helps word of mouth, but it is also a brake: someone who can give only a little hesitates if their amount will be on display to neighbors or peers.
Sharing is a choice, not an obligation, so the feed fills with support that someone wanted to show, not automatic notices that tire the other members.
Your GiveWP setup stays where it is
There is nothing to migrate: your campaigns, goals and GiveWP settings stay the same. PeepSo adds profile, privacy and activity around each donation. Other benefits, such as currency switching or deeper recognition, are worth weighing once your campaigns have momentum.

No. GiveWP keeps handling campaigns, goals and payment processing just as it does now.
Can other members see how much I gave?

No. The form can sit inside the community, with no redirect to another page.
Does it work without GiveWP?
No. It is an add-on that integrates GiveWP with PeepSo, so you need both.
