About Pickup Points PRO

Multi-carrier pickup points at WooCommerce checkout

When a store only offers home delivery, it loses customers who would rather collect their order from a nearby location: a locker, a partner store or a parcel point. Pickup Points PRO adds that option directly to the WooCommerce checkout, letting each shopper pick up at their favorite carrier's pickup point without leaving the purchase flow.

Works without carrier accounts

Most pickup point plugins require signing contracts with each carrier, generating API credentials and setting up separate integrations before you can use them. Pickup Points PRO skips all that: it's ready to go right after installation, with no extra agreements or technical know-how required. In just a few clicks, thousands of pickup locations are added to the checkout, saving hours of setup.

Global carrier coverage

The plugin gives access to pickup points, lockers, Access Points and PUDOs from more than 50 carrier networks worldwide, including DHL, DHL Express, DPD, GLS, FedEx, UPS, InPost, Correos, Royal Mail, Colissimo, PostNord, Packeta, Econt, Hermes, bpost, Nova Post, Box Now and many more, with new additions added on an ongoing basis. This breadth lets you adapt the store to the delivery habits of customers in different countries without installing a separate plugin for each carrier.

A pickup point selector built for the customer

The selection widget can be displayed as a list or as an interactive map, so the shopper can easily find the point closest to their shipping address. From the admin panel you control where the selector appears at checkout, how many suggested points are shown and in what order, tailoring the experience to each store's design and purchase flow. A quick, clear selection helps reduce cart abandonment at the final step of checkout.

Pickup point data that's always up to date

Pickup locations change frequently: new lockers are installed, others are removed, and opening hours shift. Pickup Points PRO connects directly to each carrier's API and automatically refreshes the list of available points several times a day. This keeps customers from seeing outdated addresses and reduces the risk of failed deliveries due to incorrect data.

Compatible with other shipping methods

The pickup point selector can be enabled alongside WooCommerce's built-in shipping methods, third-party shipping plugins, or Octolize's own methods. This makes it possible to add pickup point delivery to an existing shipping strategy without having to restructure it. The integration is especially thorough with Flexible Shipping PRO, allowing advanced shipping rules, custom conditions and pickup points to work together within a single shipping system.

Use cases

  • Stores selling to multiple countries that need pickup options tailored to each local market.
  • Businesses looking to cut home delivery costs by offering a cheaper pickup alternative.
  • Stores already using Flexible Shipping or other shipping plugins that want to add pickup points without redoing their setup.
  • Projects aiming to improve checkout conversion rates by giving customers more delivery options.
