About SureForms PRO

Forms that get abandoned halfway and data that never arrives clean

A long form, fields that don't adapt to mobile or a design that clashes with the rest of your site loses people at every step. And when an answer finally arrives, it is often incomplete, badly written or mixed in with spam. SureForms PRO is a form builder that works inside the WordPress block editor, so building a form feels like building a page.

The key point is that a form is not decoration: it is where a visitor becomes a contact, a customer or a registrant. The less effort it asks for, the more useful answers you get.

How to build a form with SureForms PRO

You can drag and drop fields, see changes live before publishing, or ask the AI to generate the form for you. The latter saves time above all with complex forms, where starting from scratch is the most tedious part.

  • More than 20 field types: text boxes, dropdowns, checkboxes and more.
  • Conditional fields: they show or hide fields and sections based on earlier answers.
  • Dynamic data: they pre-fill information such as the visitor's name or email.
  • Adaptable styling to match your brand, and forms that look good on any device.

Each form can be embedded in a page or post, or published as a standalone page with its own URL to share by email or social media without any layout work.

Which form each type of business needs

If you capture leads and requests

Multi-step forms split a long process into manageable chunks, and conversational forms turn it into a chat-like flow that keeps attention on one question at a time. They work well for sign-ups or feedback.

If you give quotes or estimates

Calculator forms return a result instantly: prices, quotes or estimates. In addition, the PDF generator turns what was submitted into a tidy document, and digital signatures let people sign inside the form itself.

If you run a community or a site with users

The login and registration blocks let you create accounts from forms. There are also quizzes with scoring, surveys and polls to gather your audience's opinions, and the creation of posts, products or events from what is submitted.

If you charge from the form

It includes payment forms, useful for product orders.

What happens to the answers: management and connections

Entries are stored inside WordPress, where you can track, manage and export them. To send them to other tools there are native integrations, and with Webhooks, Zapier or OttoKit you can connect with hundreds of apps: send entries to your CRM or add subscribers to your email marketing platform. It also includes anti-spam measures.

Accessibility is built in: keyboard navigation, screen reader compatibility, color contrast and clear labels. That helps, but it does not replace checking that your specific form meets the regulations that apply to you.

Common questions before choosing it

Do I need to know how to code?

No. It is used with drag and drop and the block editor.

Can I try it before deciding?

Yes, there is a WordPress demo site where you can edit forms, test submissions and manage entries.

Is it only for contact forms?

No: also for quizzes, surveys, calculators, registrations, payments and conversational forms.

Can I connect it to my CRM or email marketing?

Yes, with the native integrations or through Webhooks, Zapier or OttoKit.

It works inside the block editor

It is designed to work with Gutenberg. If your workflow depends entirely on another visual builder, check in the demo that the form fits in the way you expect. To connect with external apps that have no native integration, you will need an intermediary tool such as Webhooks, Zapier or OttoKit.
