About Tour Master
Booking by WhatsApp and spreadsheet has a ceiling
Many small agencies and hotels start this way: a message, an Excel sheet, a manual PayPal payment. It works until two customers ask for the same departure, someone asks about the price for a child, or high season arrives and rates have to be changed by hand. Tour Master is a plugin for building a tour and room booking system in WordPress, with payment, a customer dashboard and management from the admin area.
Your real problem is pricing: Tour Master takes it seriously
In tourism, the price is almost never a single figure. It changes depending on who travels, when and how many people. That is why the most useful part of the plugin is how it models rates:
- Fixed or variable price: fixed is per person; variable allows different prices for adults, children, students and infants.
- Room-based price: for tours whose cost depends on the number of hotel rooms.
- Seasonal pricing: periods with different rates.
- Coupons: with a code, amount, expiry date and a discount as a percentage or a fixed amount.
What Tour Master does with tours and with rooms
Tours are their own content type. You can define them as one-day or multi-day, available only once or on a recurring basis. For the hotel side there is a minimum stay per room, additional services (for example, airport transfers), multiple deposits, a room search, several locations through categories or custom filters, and iCal support.
From the admin area you can edit orders and create manual bookings, which is key if part of your sales still comes in by phone. There is also CSV export of transactions, email notifications, a cart, a customizable enquiry form and the option to embed a third-party system.
What your customer will see
- Ten tour list styles, a search by keyword, location, duration, date, minimum and maximum price, and listings by category.
- A booking bar and Ajax loading on the payment page.
- A user dashboard with their bookings and status, invoices and receipts they can view and print, a wishlist and tour ratings once the trip is over.
- Payment with PayPal, card (via Stripe or Authorize.net), bank transfer or WooCommerce payments. Note: deposits are not supported with WooCommerce.
There is also a membership system, multi-currency and social login.

Is it only for tours or also for hotels?
For both. It manages tours and rooms, so it suits operators, agencies, transport ticket sellers, hotels and resorts.
Can I charge a deposit?
Yes, there are multiple deposits, but not when payment goes through WooCommerce.
Can I enter bookings that come in by phone?
Yes, from the admin area you can add new bookings and edit orders.
Can I translate the site?
It is listed as compatible with WPML.
Is it optimized for Gutenberg?
No. Keep that in mind if your workflow revolves around blocks.
The demo images are not included
What you see in the demo, photos included, is not installed with the plugin: you will need to upload your own tours, photographs and prices. Before launching, prepare your rates by traveler type and by season, decide which payment gateways you will use and run a full test booking, from search to receipt, to check emails and the customer dashboard.
