Your hours and your bouquets do not sell the same way

A couple hires you to coordinate the day and, while they are at it, asks you for the flowers and some accessories. The first part is your time: it gets quoted, discussed and booked. The second part is objects: they have a photo, stock and a cart. If your site only shows a list of services, the second part gets settled by email. If it is only a shop, the first part looks like a package with no person behind it.

A wedding business can sell time and things at once, and each one needs its own presentation. Veil, by AncoraThemes, is a WordPress theme for wedding planners, decorators, banquet managers and other celebrations that gives room to both parts.

Services are a custom content type, each with its own price, and the shop runs on WooCommerce. A service can be linked to one of your products. The demo shows it on a single home page: priced services and categories for jewelry, makeup, accessories and flowers.

The portfolio appears in masonry, list, grid, metro or fullscreen form, and each project can carry its own gallery, video and details. There are project variants with sidebar, gallery or background video.

The demo pages include our story, location, RSVP, team, FAQ and pricing. The theme adds more than 750 Customizer options, Ajax search, over 20 post animations, Slider Revolution and Swiper. Custom headers, footers and sidebars are built with Elementor.

Appointments with Booked and features that need something more

For appointments, Veil is compatible with the Booked plugin. If booking a first appointment is your main step, install it and test it before publishing.

Several features depend on other pieces:

• Artificial intelligence: the AI Helper chat, image and text widgets need a real OpenAI token, a paid service.
• Language switcher: appears with WPML active.
• Currency switcher: requires WooCommerce and WooCommerce Currency Switcher.
• Instagram, newsletter and popups: use Smash Balloon, MC4WP and Advanced Popups.

ThemeREX Addons and a careful import

The only required plugin is ThemeREX Addons. The recommended PHP limits are max_execution_time of 600, memory_limit of 128M, post_max_size of 32M and upload_max_filesize of 32M. To get started:

1. Install and activate Veil, then ThemeREX Addons and the plugins you will use.
2. If you will use a child theme, install it before importing the demo.
3. Make a backup and open Theme Panel, Theme Dashboard, Demo Data.
4. On a new site choose the full import, which erases all existing content. On a site with content, the partial import keeps it and replaces images with placeholders.
5. Create a service with a price, link it to a product and check how it looks before doing the same with the rest.
