A couple gets married once. They can be delighted with your work and still never hire you for another wedding. Someone who can hire you is a person who was there or saw the photos afterward: a newly engaged friend, a cousin, a coworker. The gallery you deliver is also the page your next client sees.

Weddphy is a WordPress theme for wedding photographers, compatible with Elementor and Elementor Pro. Alongside the public portfolio it brings what happens after the shoot: proofing galleries for the couple and password-protected galleries to share with family and friends. That private part deserves the same care as the home page.

Galleries for the couple and for their guests

• Photo selection: in the demo gallery, each image can be selected or deselected, has its own number and can be zoomed.
• Download of the picks: a button downloads only the selected photos.
• Comments: below the gallery there is a form for leaving a message.
• Password: protected galleries are for sharing with family and friends.
• Right-click disabled: available on protected galleries.

If you want that gallery to bring you work, take care of the couple's name, the date and the first images. And offer a visible path to your contact page.

Weddphy portfolio, home pages and shop

• Home pages: ten or more variants, among them photographer, dark, one page, split screen and several showcase types.
• Portfolio: standard, wide, masonry, scattered, video and before and after, with unlimited portfolio pages.
• Projects: presentations in slider, grid, masonry or horizontal form.
• Business pages: services, photography, videography, photo processing, working process and coming soon.
• Blog: two variants, plus a custom 404 page and an advanced sidebar.

The shop relies on WooCommerce and is for selling prints, albums and other photography products. The demo includes a shop in two, three and four columns.

For contact there are customizable inquiry forms, and it is compatible with Contact Form 7. WPML is covered if you serve couples in more than one language.

Bookings, images and other Weddphy limits

Bookings deserve a test. Its features include appointments, and the demo shows a monthly calendar with no time slots or form in view. If reserving dates or taking a deposit is central to your business, open the Booking page of the demo and check it against your workflow.

The demo images do not all come along. Some are used only for display, so your site will take shape once you load your own photos.

Disabling right-click deters but does not shield. A screenshot is still possible. And Gutenberg is not its ground: the theme is not optimized for that editor.

How to get Weddphy running

The package includes the plugins and the demo content. An order to get started:

1. Install the theme and its plugins.
2. Import the demo closest to your style.
3. Replace the sample images with your weddings.
4. Create a test proofing gallery and open it as if you were the couple.
5. Share a password-protected gallery from another device and check how it looks.

Proofing, planning and scheduling with other pieces

Can the couple choose their photos on the site?

Yes. In the proofing gallery they mark the images and can download only the chosen ones.

Can I protect a gallery with a password?

Yes, and it is meant for sharing with family and friends.

Does Weddphy stop people from copying my photos?

It disables right-click on protected galleries, which makes copying harder. A screenshot is still possible.

Can I sell albums and prints?

Yes, through the WooCommerce-based shop.

Do I need Elementor Pro?

The theme is compatible with both Elementor and Elementor Pro.

Does it work for a site in several languages?

It is ready for WPML.
