About WooBase (VendBase)
Anyone who manages WooCommerce orders every day knows the ritual: open the list, reload to see whether anything new came in, open each order to change a status, go back and look for the customer in another menu. With few orders it is bearable. With a warehouse and customer service team, those clicks pile up.
An admin built for configuring, used by the people packing parcels
The WooCommerce admin is designed for whoever builds the store, but it ends up being used all day by people who only need to see orders, change statuses and answer questions. WooBase (now VendBase) is a plugin that adds an interface on top for that second profile, the operations team. It does not change what you sell: it reduces what each internal task costs.
Global search, kanban and alerts: what changes with WooBase
The core piece is a global search opened with a keyboard shortcut (⌘K) that finds orders, products, customers and coupons without reloading the page. From the results you can filter by type and run actions, such as changing an order status, without leaving the search.
- Live order alerts: they arrive without refreshing and, if you want, with sound.
- Order kanban board: you drag each order between statuses, useful to see at a glance what is still to be prepared.
- Customisable tables: you choose which columns to show for orders and products, so each team sees only what it uses.
- Customer profile: full history and lifetime value in a single view.
- Order duplication: you clone a complex order with one click, handy for repeat orders.
And a few limits worth knowing. Subscription management is for those who already use WooCommerce Subscriptions; the plugin does not create subscriptions by itself. The analytics are a simple summary, not a replacement for detailed accounting reports. Export is to CSV: custom export templates, scheduled exports and AI-generated product descriptions are listed as future features, so do not count on them today.

No. It is a working layer for orders, customers and subscriptions. Settings, payment gateways and taxes are still configured as usual.

Does it have a dark mode?

It can load on the frontend: decide where your team will work
Besides being used inside the WordPress dashboard, the plugin can load its interface on the frontend, in an environment isolated from the rest of the admin.
Before going live, define which columns each role needs and test the demo with an order volume similar to yours, especially the kanban board and the search.
