Picking a variation from a dropdown is a pain when there are dozens
If you sell a product with many combinations (sizes, colors, measurements, materials), the classic WooCommerce selector makes customers try options one by one until they find one that exists and is in stock. Buyers who shop by reference or need to compare prices end up leaving. WooCommerce Variations Table replaces that blind search with a table where all the variations are visible at once.
What WooCommerce Variations Table does with your variations
The plugin turns variable products into a table inside the product page itself. You decide which columns are shown, which are hidden and in what order they appear. The available data includes image, SKU, price and stock status.
- Sort and filter: customers can sort by column, filter and use a full-text search to find a specific variation.
- Paging and scrolling: if a product has a huge number of variations, you can paginate or enable scrolling so the page does not get endless.
- Export: the table can be printed, copied to the clipboard or exported to Excel, CSV and PDF.
- Adaptive design: the table is responsive.
Over 40 adjustment options
You can include or exclude specific categories and products, so only items with many combinations use the table. You can also limit it to certain user roles, which is handy if you want only wholesale customers to see the full listing. In addition, you can remove the default variation selector.
What you should be clear about
It is a WooCommerce add-on, so it does not work without it. The table can work without the advanced DataTables features and still looks good. And if your products have few variations, a table may be more than you need.

Settings get checked product by product
Before publishing, test with your product that has the most variations: check how many columns fit on mobile, whether paging keeps the page from getting too long and whether the default selector should disappear. Then adjust the exclusions by category and by role, and review the page again as a customer would.
