Your menu is the easiest way out of your form

You pay for an ad or send an email with a signup link. The person lands on a page of your site with the form in the middle and everything else around it: menu, search box, sidebar, recent posts, a footer full of links. Each of those elements is a click that does not end on the submit button. You designed that site for people to explore, and here you need exactly the opposite.

Creating a clean template for each campaign can mean touching the theme or installing a page builder. WPForms Form Pages solves the same thing from the form itself: it turns it into a standalone page, with its own address and no reliance on your theme.

It is an addon for WPForms Pro. It does not create forms on its own: it takes a new form or one you already have and changes where it is shown.

What you control on each form page

• Its own address: enabling the mode generates a unique link, which you can change to a short one.
• Title and message: they appear above the form and work for instructions or other details.
• Header logo: optional, with a maximum of 660 pixels wide in the Modern style, 570 in Classic and 125 high in both. Larger images are scaled to fit.
• Color scheme: sets the background and the submit button, with preset schemes or an eyedropper to pick any color.
• Two styles: Modern, wider with rounded corners, and Classic, narrower with square corners.
• Finishes: scroll animation, plus drop shadow and rounded corners that can be turned on or off.
• Reusable styles: exported from one page and imported into another to repeat the same look.

Check the footer before sending traffic

This detail goes unnoticed until the page is already circulating. By default, the footer shows the phrase "This content is neither created nor endorsed by WPForms" and, below it, "created with WPForms". On a campaign in another language, that English text sits in plain view of everyone.

Both can be removed: write your own text in the footer field, or leave it empty to delete it, and check the Hide WPForms Branding box.

The other trap is in the address. It must be unique on your site, and it is best to avoid ones made only of numbers, such as /2024, because WordPress may treat them as archives and the form may stop displaying correctly.

A clean page does not fix a long form

The addon changes what surrounds the form, not the form. If you ask for many fields, there will still be many, now with nothing to distract from them. Nor does it work as a page builder: its settings cover the logo, title, message and footer around the form, so a page with testimonials, sections and several calls to action needs another tool.

Linking the logo to another address requires a code snippet. And since the page does not use your theme, colors and logo are set here separately.

Turning on the mode and publishing your form page

With WPForms Pro installed and the addon active, and with WPForms on its latest version to meet the minimum the addon requires:

1. Create a new form or edit an existing one.
2. In the builder, open Settings and then Form Pages.
3. Check Enable Form Page Mode so the options appear.
4. Fill in the title, message, address and logo.
5. Choose the color scheme and style, and change the footer text.
6. Save, review with Preview Form Page and publish.

If the problem sits elsewhere in the journey

Your theme and your other addons

Do I have to change my theme?

No. The form page is new and does not rely on your theme, so it works with any of them.

Does it work with my other WPForms addons?

With almost all of them, because the mode only creates a new page for the form. Check yours in the preview if it is an unusual one.
