In B2B the sale doesn't start with a cart: it starts with a registration someone has to approve or a quote request someone has to answer. Between that moment and the first order, hours or days can go by, and the only contact the buyer has with you is the automatic emails. If they arrive looking like a generic system notice, a professional customer reads that as a store that doesn't pay attention to detail. This addon is for working on exactly that stretch.
The B2BKing emails you now design yourself
YayMail Pro B2BKing Addon adds to the YayMail editor the email templates that B2BKing generates, so they stop being shapeless text and look like the rest of your store's emails.
How each template is designed with YayMail Pro
You work in the editor that YayMail adds to the WooCommerce menu: you drag blocks and elements, change fonts, colors, background and padding, and see the result in a preview before publishing it. You can send yourself a test email to check how it really arrives. With a global header and footer, the B2BKing emails can share an identity with your store's order emails.
YayMail Pro also includes conditional logic to show or hide blocks based on rules. Before relying on it, send a test email and check which B2BKing data you can insert in each template.
Without YayMail Pro and B2BKing installed, there is nothing to edit
It's an add-on, not a standalone plugin. Split the work clearly before buying it:
- It solves: the visual design of the B2BKing emails inside the YayMail editor.
- You provide: YayMail Pro as the base editor and B2BKing as the wholesale system that generates those emails.
- You configure in B2BKing: how your wholesale store works. This addon doesn't change that.
- You write: the text of each email. You get the design, not the message.

Does it work without YayMail Pro?
No. It's an add-on for the editor and needs both YayMail Pro and B2BKing active on the same store.
Does it change when each email is sent?
No. It only changes the look and the content. B2BKing decides when each notice is triggered.
Can I see the email before a customer receives it?
Yes. The editor has a preview and test email sending, so you can review it in your inbox before putting it live.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. The design is visual, drag and drop. If you want to fine-tune something, YayMail also includes a box to add your own CSS.
