A construction company sells and hires from the same website
A building company does not only need customers. It also needs tradespeople, painters and site managers, and whoever is looking for work reads the website with the same questions as someone asking for a quote: what jobs this company has done, whether it looks serious and who to write to. If the site only talks to the customer, that person leaves without knowing how to get in.
A construction company website is also its hiring office, and each visitor needs their own door. Chade brings both in one template: a page to request a quote and a careers page, plus projects and team pages that serve both. It is a theme for construction companies, also suited to trades such as cleaning, maintenance, painting and decorating or refurbishment.

How to give each audience its own route
Keep both doors in view. If the quote takes the main button, also leave the careers link in the menu or footer. Someone looking for work should not have to guess that you are hiring.
Make the projects work twice. They show the customer what you can do. They show the candidate what kind of job they would be on. One line about the type of work and the area serves both.
Use the team as an argument. A page with real people builds trust in whoever commissions the work and whoever is thinking of joining.
Keep the careers page up to date. Review that page each time you fill a position and take the vacancy down.
WPBakery, its plugins and where the theme ends
It is edited with the drag and drop WPBakery Page Builder and includes The Grid and Slider Revolution. It is compatible with Modern Event Calendar, Events Calendar Pro, Contact Form 7 and UpQode Google Maps, and it uses Scheduled instead of Booked. The builder is WPBakery, not Elementor.
The careers page is layout: among its features there is no applicant management and no job board. There is no quote calculator either. Among its features there is also no WooCommerce shop and no right-to-left writing.
The images can only be used on the demo. Before publishing you need your own photos of jobs, team and services, above all for the projects page.
Compatible versions and first steps with Chade
Chade is compatible with WordPress from 4.9 to 7.0 and includes WPBakery, so you do not need another builder.
- Install the theme and the child theme, and work on the child.
- Pick one of the seven home pages and import the demo.
- Replace all the images with your own photos.
- Fill in the quote and services pages, and connect the form to your email.
- Publish careers only if you have open positions, and link it from the menu.

Does the careers page receive applications?
It is a page layout. You can add a form with Contact Form 7. Managing vacancies takes a separate plugin.
Can I publish with the demo photos?
No. The images can only be used on the demo and you have to replace them with your own.
Does it allow booking appointments?
It includes a free consultation or appointment form.
