A star average does not say what went wrong

One of your products has a middling average. Someone looking at it cannot tell whether the problem is quality, fit or shipping, and neither can you without reading the reviews one by one. That person may not care about the flaw at all, but the average has already scared them off.

A single score blends very different reasons; split by criteria, it shows what fails and who it affects. A store gains twice: the buyer decides on what worries them, and you know where to fix things.

ReviewX brings WooCommerce ratings across several criteria, such as quality, price or service, with unlimited criteria in Pro. Its graphs summarize those scores on the product page.

Asking for the review at the chosen moment

• Three emails: first request, reminder for non-responders, and a request for a photo or video.
• Configurable delay: you choose how many days to wait, and the request can be tied to order status.

Moderation from a single panel

Too many criteria tire people. ReviewX recommends three to five so people finish the form, even though you can create more.

Criteria by content type. They are defined for WooCommerce products and, with a separate set, for each custom post type.

Turning on ReviewX in a WooCommerce store

You need a WooCommerce store and admin access to WordPress. Reviews you already have, with their scores, migrate automatically.

1. Upload the plugin under Plugins and activate it.
2. Open ReviewX and follow the wizard: brand color, review layout and connecting your store.
3. In Reviews, Review settings, decide who can post and enable Multi-criteria reviews to define criteria.
4. In Widget settings, adjust layout, stars, graph and pagination.
5. In Review Reminder, turn on the first request and set the delay.

No. Previous reviews with their scores migrate automatically.
