Two rows of products on the same home page can show the same thing

You build your store home page with Themify Builder. You add a row with the latest products and, below it, another with more new arrivals. Each module makes its own selection, so the second row starts again from the top and repeats what was already above. The page looks full, but it shows less of the catalog than it seems to.

The product module in this add-on has a field designed for exactly that: Offset, the number of products to skip. If the first row shows four, you enter four in the second, and it continues where the other one ended.

The idea goes beyond that case. Each row on a home page is a query to the catalog with its type, category, order and limit. Planning those queries before dragging modules avoids repetition and keeps the page current, because products come from WooCommerce instead of being placed by hand.

Deciding what each product row shows

The add-on gives Themify Builder two modules: Woo Products and Product Categories. In the first you choose what appears: product type, category, parent-category products only, hiding free or out-of-stock items, limit and offset. Then in what order: by date, price, sales, ID, title or at random, ascending or descending.

Next comes the form. There are four slider layouts and six list layouts. The slider controls visible items, auto scroll, how many it advances, speed, effect, pause on hover, wrap, pagination, arrows and the margin between slides.

Finally, each piece of card data is decided separately: image, title, categories, tags, description, price, add to cart button, rating and sale badge. The image and the title can also be left unlinked.

Categories as a way in

A home page does not need to show only products. Product Categories displays categories in four layouts, with a configurable order, a limit and the option to hide empty ones. You can add the product count and each category description.

Inside each category you can show a selection of its latest products or its subcategories. One detail worth knowing: choosing a single category only works if that category has subcategories. If yours has none, use Woo Products filtered by it.

Where the add-on ends

These are two modules for placing products and categories on builder pages. Templates for the product page, cart or checkout are not among its features. It does not create products, prices or discounts either: everything comes from what is already published in WooCommerce.

With Builder Pro active, a Dynamic toggle appears on the fields, letting them pull data from post metadata, shortcodes and plugins such as Post Type Builder and Advanced Custom Fields. Some fields may not support it, and that feature belongs to Builder Pro.

Requirements and your first published row

You need Themify Builder, as a plugin or inside any Themify theme in its latest version, and WooCommerce active with published products and categories. On that base, follow these steps:

1. Upload the zip file from Plugins, Add New, and activate it like any plugin.
2. Open the page in Themify Builder and place a Woo Products module.
3. Choose type, category, order and limit.
4. Select slider or list and the layout.
5. Hide the data you do not want on the card.
6. In the next row, use Offset with the number of products from the previous one.

If you use another builder or a Themify theme

Themify Ultra is a theme with its own builder included, a direct base for this add-on. If your site is made with Elementor, this module is no use to you; JetWooBuilder or Elementor Pro fit there.

Questions about rows and categories

Does it work without Themify Builder?

No. It needs the builder, either as a plugin or included in a Themify theme.

What is Offset for?

It skips a number of products, so several rows do not show the same ones.

Can I show products in a carousel?

Yes. The module supports a slider, with four layouts, as well as a list, with six.

Can I choose a single category in Product Categories?

Yes, as long as that category has subcategories.

Does it need Builder Pro?

Not for the modules. Builder Pro adds the dynamic fields.
