About WooCommerce Print Invoices & Packing List
When a store starts receiving orders every day, the bottleneck is rarely the website: it is the packing table. Someone opens each order, copies data, hunts for products around the warehouse in the order they appear on screen and slips in an invoice by hand. WooCommerce Print Invoices & Packing List targets exactly that stretch, between payment and a closed parcel.
The warehouse truth: lists are sorted like your inventory
This plugin organizes packing lists and pick lists by product category, the same way you organize your inventory.
A Monday with thirty orders, step by step
1. Filter what is pending
On the Orders page you can filter by the orders that already have an invoice or packing list printed and those that do not. That way you see what is left to prepare without relying on anyone's memory.
2. Print the combined pick list
You select several orders and generate a combined pick list, organized by category. There are variants per order and per category, depending on how you prefer to collect.
3. Print the packing lists
Each order has its own packing list with the items the box must contain. You can exclude virtual items (the ones that are not shipped) and include the customer's notes. With the bulk action, the lists come out one after another with a page break between orders, and you check the contents are accurate before closing.
4. Put the invoice in the parcel
You print invoices in bulk, with two clicks on the selected orders. Inside the box they also give the customer information about the order and the store policy when the purchase arrives.
5. What does not happen by itself
Bulk actions open a «Print» link with a preview: you have to start the printing yourself. It is not unattended automatic printing to a label printer, and it does not generate shipping labels. For that you will need another tool.
Invoices the customer can also check
Invoices can be printed, emailed or viewed from «My Account». The email is only sent when the order is paid. You can send them as a professional-looking HTML email, and packing lists can be emailed automatically to store administrators when a new order comes in.
For numbering you choose between your own sequential invoice numbers or using the WooCommerce order number. If you use the order number, the plugin is compatible with the Sequential Order Numbers Pro extension.
Customizing WooCommerce Print Invoices & Packing List without touching code
The appearance is adjusted from the WordPress customizer with a real-time preview: colors, font sizes and what information is shown to the customer. It lets you adjust the look without programming. Developers also have room to go further, because the plugin was rebuilt to make customization flexible.
Keep in mind that the plugin is designed for store sales invoices. It is not a tax invoicing system adapted to any specific regulation, so if your country demands specific requirements (numbering, data or format), check with your advisor before relying on it.

Can I print several orders at once?
Yes. From the order list you select the ones you need and apply the bulk action for invoices, packing lists or pick lists.
Does it work for digital products?
Packing lists let you exclude virtual items, which are not shipped, so they do not appear in the physical parcel.
Does the customer receive the invoice automatically?
They can receive it by email when the order is paid, and they can also view it in «My Account».
Does it work with WooCommerce high-performance order storage?
Yes, it is compatible with HPOS.
Do I need to know how to code?
No: the appearance and the information are configured from the customizer, without editing code.
