About Kiddino – Kids & Kindergarten WordPress Theme
A family rules you out over pickup time
A mother is looking for a preschool for her two-year-old daughter. She finishes work at four. She opens your site, reads about values, play and happy growth, and still does not know whether you take a child of that age or how late she can stay. She moves on to the next tab.
Families filter by logistics first, and your educational project is only read if you pass that filter. Age, hours, places and monthly cost are the answers that decide whether someone keeps reading or leaves.
Kiddino, by Vecurosoft, is a WordPress theme for Elementor designed for kindergartens and preschools, and its demo has room for that data: session times, group cards with ages and class pages with seats and price. Its real usefulness depends on you filling those boxes with true data and keeping them in plain view.
The pages that hold the practical questions
These are the pieces of the demo that answer before the first phone call:
- Session times on the home page, with early drop-off, morning, lunch and afternoon.
- Group cards, from PRE-K to Grade 5, each with its age range.
- Class page with required age, available seats, days and time blocks, duration, person in charge and monthly price.
- Dedicated pricing page, plus services and FAQs.
- Teachers, with a listing and an individual profile for each one.
- Events, with date and location, and a photo gallery.
The ages, times and prices it comes with are sample text and should all be replaced.
Eight home pages and an admission application
There are eight home page designs plus inner pages, one-click demo import and four header styles chosen per page. The header and footer builder works with Elementor through drag and drop.
The registration page includes an Apply for Admission form that asks for the child's name and date of birth, the parent's name and designation, email and phone, with a checkbox about weekly progress notifications.
- Shop with WooCommerce for children's books, toys or accessories, with cart, checkout and wishlist in the demo.
- Contact Form 7 and LayerSlider integrated.
- Newsletter signup with Mailchimp, using your API key and list ID in Kiddino Options.
The part of the school that stays outside the website
Admission is a form. The demo's registration page shows no payment. There is no paid enrollment or waiting list among its features.
Events are informational. The event page shows date and location, with no tickets or booking, and its button leads to the contact page.
Progress notices are up to you. There are no family reports or private tracking area among its features, so you will have to organize those notifications with other tools.
The demo images are filler. Most are placeholders, so you will need your own photographs.
Installation and the first real data
You should start from a clean WordPress, because the import is meant for a new site. The package includes a basic child theme for code changes.
- Install the theme and activate the included plugins.
- Import the content from Appearance, Import Demo Data.
- Save Settings, Permalinks, and define the front page under Settings, Reading.
- Replace times, ages, seats and prices first, and leave colors and photos for later.
- Test the admission form and check which mailbox the applications reach.
Other children's centers, other themes
If yours is a children's play center or party venue, Playroom comes with event, booking and venue templates on Elementor.
If you are looking for another option for a preschool, compare with Skole and ModKids, and if your site already runs on Elementor and you only need templates, with Kidsnify.
Online enrollment, seats and languages with Kiddino
Can families pay enrollment online?
The admission application does not include payment. WooCommerce handles the product shop, and enrollment payment is not among the theme's features.
Can I show each class with its age and seats?
Yes, the class page has those fields, plus schedule, duration, person in charge and monthly price.
Can I change the header on a single page?
Yes, the style is chosen per page when you edit it with Elementor.
Can I publish the site in two languages?
It is compatible with WPML, which takes care of that part.
