About Dropshipping Export Orders PRO
Your supplier wants a file with its own columns, and you want to stop copying orders by hand
Passing WooCommerce orders to a supplier by copying data into a spreadsheet or an email works with ten orders a day and fails with a hundred: one slips through, another is repeated, or you send one that has not been paid yet. Dropshipping Export Orders PRO turns your store's orders into CSV, XML or JSON files following the rules you define.
In dropshipping the supplier does not need your order as WooCommerce shows it, it needs its own version: with its column names and only the orders it can already ship. Every extra order is a parcel that leaves unpaid, and you are the one who pays for that mistake.
- It suits you if your supplier works with files and you want to automate their generation and delivery by email or on your server.
- It may not suit you if your supplier demands a direct connection instead of files: the plugin works with CSV, XML and JSON, so confirm this before deciding.
- It is not for products: it only exports orders and, of course, needs WooCommerce.
Columns named the way your supplier expects
Dropshipping Export Orders PRO shows all the exportable order fields in a table. You untick the ones you do not want to send (for example, data the supplier does not need) and, in a second column, type the name each field should have in the file. The original WooCommerce name appears next to it, not editable, so you do not lose the reference.
You can also sort the fields. Check which column order your supplier expects, because some may reject the file if it does not match.
Conditions so only what should go out goes out
You define that an order is only exported if it meets what you specify. The available criteria include:
- Order status
- Order currency
- Total amount
- Creation date
- Product category or tag
With the status you can send only orders that are already paid. With the category or tag you can prepare a different file for each supplier if you sell products from several. If you do not set any criteria, all the orders in the store are exported, so review the filters before automating anything.
Scheduled, by email or saved on your server
You can schedule the export so it is generated on its own, with a cron task, without you having to log in and click anything. Once the file is ready, the plugin can send it by email with a message template you customize, or leave it in the server location you choose.
The export manager gathers all generated files in a table with their main details, and from there you create a new export with one click on Create new. It is useful when you work with several suppliers and need to know what was generated and when.
Questions from people about to export orders
Which file formats does it generate?
CSV, XML and JSON. You pick one when creating each export.
Can I send only paid orders?
Yes: the order status condition is meant for that. Check in the demo which statuses you want to include depending on how you get paid.
Can I change the column names?
Yes. Each exportable field accepts its own name, which replaces the original WooCommerce name in the file.
Is the file sent automatically?
It can be emailed as soon as it is generated, with a customizable template, or saved in the server folder you choose.
