How to divide the site between companies and candidates

Give each audience its own entrance. Place two clear calls at the top: one for those hiring and one for those looking for work. Each leads to its own page, with its own message.

Separate the forms. With Contact Form 7 or WPForms, create one to request staff and another for candidates.

Keep the list of openings up to date. A closed position that stays published wastes the time of whoever reads it. Remove it the same day the job is filled.

The theme is also aimed at consultants, accountants, insurance, loans, tax help, investment firms, job courses, leadership training and headhunting. If your business is one of those and does not publish openings, the job board is a piece you can leave unused.

Gutenberg, images and the reach of the job board

It is not optimised for Gutenberg. The home pages are worked on with Elementor, so the block editor is not the way to adapt them.

The demo images are not included in the .zip file. Plan on preparing your own photos for the pages you are going to publish.

5. Publish real openings on the job board and test a full application.
