About Ultimate Addons for Contact Form 7 Pro
Your contact form grew one plugin at a time
You started with Contact Form 7 because it was enough. Then the quote form needed several steps and you added a plugin. A field had to appear based on the previous answer and you added another. Someone asked where last month's submissions were and a third arrived.
Each feature added separately looks like a small problem, but the site ends up with several authors, several panels and pieces nobody chose to work together.
Ultra Addons for Contact Form 7 Pro, also known as Ultimate Addons, brings more than 50 addons into a single plugin. You turn them on one by one from a searchable list, and each is configured in a panel below the form. You keep building in Contact Form 7: this plugin extends it and does not replace it.
Fields and logic for long forms
- Multiple steps: split the form and, in Pro, add skins and background images.
- Conditions: show or hide fields based on answers. In Pro, the logic reaches sliders, country lists, stars and geolocation.
- Repeatable fields: visitors duplicate text fields, file uploads and checkboxes.
- Autofill: country, city, state and zip based on location.
- Conversational format: turns the form into a chat-style flow, one question at a time.
- Save and continue later: visitors keep their progress and resume later.
- Abuse control: submission limits, cooldown timers and duplicate blocking by field or time window.
What happens to each submission after the button
Entries are stored in WordPress and exported to CSV. Database Pro adds filtering, organizing and search, and each entry can carry a tracking ID. Email Piping runs on that base: you receive the customer's email and answer from the dashboard, with replies on the enquiry details page.
Data can also leave the site. It syncs to Google Sheets in real time and arrives as an alert in Slack, Telegram, WhatsApp or SMS through Twilio. There is a Salesforce connection for leads, contacts and cases, and Pro webhooks accept conditional logic and custom headers.
Selling and booking, with the pieces they need
With WooCommerce, the form shows products in a dropdown or in a grid with image and price. On submission, the selected items go to the cart and the visitor moves to checkout. WooCommerce takes the payment: the form only prepares the order.
Bookings have a clear dependency. The current addon connects the form to a Hydra Booking meeting, another Themefic plugin that installs itself on activation and handles hosts and availability.
Email Piping has conditions too. It needs Database Pro active and a sender address on your domain: with [email protected] it does not work. The connection goes through IMAP or Gmail, with Google Cloud OAuth credentials.
First steps with your current forms
Your forms stay in Contact Form 7. The order is this:
- Upload the Pro plugin from Plugins, Add New, and activate it.
- Open Quick Setup, which helps install and activate dependencies without visiting the plugin directory.
- In the addon list, turn on only those you will use.
- Open a form, configure each addon in the lower panel and send a test submission.
